The balcony space was immense, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying meals outside. The location was great, just a short walk to the center and easy parking in the garage. The staff were super helpful and friendly, quickly addressing any issues that arose. The wifi was reliable for online conferences and multiple devices. We loved starting our day with coffee on the terrace, watching the sunrise over the islands. We were stuck in Madeira for extra days and lucked out with this property. It exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to others. The size, security, and parking were excellent, and the apartment had a luxurious feel with complimentary toiletries and bathrobes. The balconies offered the perfect spot for al fresco breakfasts and relaxing dinners. We canceled our reservation at a 5-star hotel and didn't regret it. The views from our balcony were absolutely breathtaking, like seriously, Instagram-worthy! And the staff, especially Nuno. We had the best time exploring the vibrant streets of Funchal and chilling at the beautiful beaches. The apartment was super luxurious and had everything we needed, even fresh robes! We felt like VIPs! It was totally worth every penny.

Umm, if I had to suggest something for even more fun, I'd say it would be awesome if the penthouse had a rooftop terrace with a cool bar or maybe a DJ booth. You know, like a party zone just for young people like us.

I would have loved to see a wider range of activities or organized excursions specifically tailored for senior travellers. It would have been delightful to have the children working there suggest some local tours or cultural experiences that would suit our interests and physical capabilities.

Personally, I found the electric kettle in the apartment a bit outdated, but others may not mind.

I had a fantastic stay at Arts In Penthouse Apartments. My friends and I enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment, especially the amazing balcony with breathtaking views of the city and sea. The staff was extremely friendly and always eager to assist us. We loved having the barbeque on the balcony and made use of it frequently. The fact that we could park our rental car in the garage for free was a great convenience. This place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again!
